Walk-in shower, shower enclosure or full wet room?

Which would you choose for your new bathroom or ensuite?  A walk-in shower has a tray and shower screen.  A shower enclosure consists of a tray, shower door and normally a side panel or panels.  A wet room focuses on a more modern look with clean lines, there is no more stepping in and out of the shower, with only a shower screen.
